CityLive3D processes location only with permission and an explicit map action, city/accommodation searches, itinerary requests, an anonymous ID, optionally saved travel preferences, Travel Buddy feedback and minimum technical logs. Trips, favourites and offline maps stay on the device. OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and map providers receive the requested searches or areas. This release has no active advertising or Pro offers.
Travel Buddy operates only after you choose Agree and open Travel Buddy. We send conversation messages and replies, city, language, tone, booked-trip choice and public guide data to the service operated by ITASOCIETY. A local model processes this information on our VPS; we do not send it to external AI providers. We do not separately send your account ID or precise location beyond information you type. Avoid documents, payment details and sensitive personal information. You can decline and use other features; closing the conversation ends permission for future sends.
CityLive3D does not archive chat text in its database. Messages are processed in memory to produce the reply and are not used to train models. Technical security logs do not contain conversation text. Hosting providers may process only the technical data needed to operate and secure the service under their safeguards. Partners apply their own notices when opened; links do not include your CityLive ID.
Bases: requested service; consent for location, optional memory and the Travel Buddy session; legitimate interest for security. Delete your profile, preferences, historical server records and local data in Settings → Delete my data. For access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection: info@itasocietysrl.com; complaints to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Not directed to children under 16.
